Bank transfer
THINKIN TECH’s bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must be net of any bank fees. Please check with your bank to find out whether it charges a wire transfer fee, and make sure your bank’s fee does not result in incomplete payment to THINKIN TECH. A €20 processing fee applies to any wire transfer order, please add this amount to the total amount due.

Credit card

• Payment links available through Stripe. Additional fees of 3% are to be shared between Customer and THINKIN TECH, i.e. 1.5% fee applies for Customer.

• Physical card transactions(AMEX, VISA, Mastercard): 1.8% fee applies to all cards.

A.       French VAT Information:

Invoices are issued from THINKIN TECH Headquarters in France.

If you are a:

• France based Private individual or Business entity : French 20% VAT included

• EU based Private individual: French 20% VAT included

• EU based Business entity: French VAT-exempt if both of the following are provided by the Customer:

  • a valid intracommunity VAT identification number (double-checked in the VIES database VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) web database)

  • a government-issued documents showing company name, address, registration number, and VAT number (issued within the last 12 months)

• Non-EU based Private individual :

  • A valid passport copy

  • Export document to proof the goods left the EU (if you choose for your own delivery method)

• Non-EU based Business entity:

  • a government-issued documents showing company name, address, registration number, and VAT number (issued within the last 12 months)

  • export document to proof the goods left the EU (if you choose for your own delivery method)

❗ Nota: VAT exemption documents must be submitted at the time of order. Late submissions will not be accepted.

B.       Customer Local Taxes:

Local taxes are supported by the Customer and have to be paid by the Customer upon entrance within the Customer country of delivery.

Shipment date : within 8 weeks after payment is received

Shipping cost & method:
The Order price excludes transportation and related insurance. Transportation and related insurance cost is to be paid by Customer

Shipment is arranged:

• Either through THINKIN TECH’s freight forwarder (THINKIN TECH does not charge commission on freight and the cost will appear on the invoice. Shipment costs depend on quantity, weight, volume and destination.)

• Or the freight company of the Customer’s choice.

Risk immediately transfers to the Customer at the time of shipment.

Once validated by THINKIN TECH, an Order cannot be modified or cancelled by the Customer.

The Products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of invoice.

• Initial defects: must be reported within 15 days of receipt

• Warranty issues: must be reported within two years from the date of purchase (invoicing date)
